Job Title: Admin Assistant / Receptionist

Job Purpose

Join AL DAHRA AGRICULTURAL as a Receptionist located in Cairo, playing a key role within our Administration Department in the Farming Division. You will be the welcoming face of the organization and the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will ensure smooth front desk and office operations by delivering professional reception services, supporting administrative functions, and contributing to an organized, efficient, and positive workplace environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and calendars.
  • Support daily administrative and office tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Maintain office records, logs, and documentation in an organized manner.
  • Ensure availability of office supplies and support general office coordination.
  • Collaborate with different departments to support smooth internal communication and workflow.
  • Handle front desk operations as the first point of contact for the organization.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in reception or administrative support is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Presentable, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
