IT Business Analyst

Al Dahra is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and business-focused IT Business Analyst to join our Braila team from Romania. The ideal candidate will act as a vital link between business operations and IT, responsible for transforming business requirements into effective system solutions across multiple functions, including Finance, Accounting, Farm Operations, Logistics, and Documentation areas. This role will play a key part in supporting our ERP and Farm Management Systems (FMS), ensuring that technological solutions are fully aligned with operational objectives and Group standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Formulate business requirements and prepare functional solution designs.

· Provide business consultancy services for Finance, Accounting, Farm Operations, Logistics and Documentation areas.

· Must be able to do continuous and ongoing mapping of ERP and FMS for business requirements for functional specifications.

· Business requirements documentation, process modeling, data flows, workflows, impact analysis and gap analysis leveraging Al Dahra standards, procedures

· Prepare use case scenarios for ensuring all business rules.

· Provide guidance for reports, deep analytics and business process reviews and end user trainings

· Suggest and implement continuous improvements and map with ERP and other business applications including Farm management systems.

· Analyze current state of company financial and farming operations

· Document user requirements and develop specifications for customization

· Developing reports using any BI tools is a plus (Power Bi, IBM Cognos BI using Analytics or report studio)

· 1st and 2nd Line Support role for ERP, FMS which requires application support as well as technical support with diagnostic skills.

· SQL Querying for data analysis and report building

Qualifications

· Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science

· 5 years of any ERP support skills with experience of Sage X3 is a plus

· Experience with SQL and SQL scripting

· Experience in testing new or enhanced functionality in various Application Systems

· Should have good analysis skills and be capable of breaking problems down to find a fix, carrying out system reviews and support

· 5 years or more of experience in ERP or any similar application implementations in the areas of finance and accounting, supply chain, farm operations or manufacturing.

· 5 years in collating business requirements, performing gap analysis between goals and existing procedures.

· Strong interpersonal skills, highly adept at facilitating discussions and ability to consistently be a part of complex, large-scale projects.

· Good command over English and Romanian language.
