Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market assessments and competitor analysis
• Monitor market pricing, trends, and supply-demand dynamics
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and commercial leads
• Analyze sales channels and customer potential
• Support commercial strategy and business development initiatives
• Prepare market intelligence and performance reports
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial or business development experience
• Strong understanding of agricultural markets and commodities
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong reporting and presentation capabilities
• Proficiency in commercial reporting and analysis tools
