Position Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Facility Manager to take ownership of the operations, maintenance, and strategic development of our Toshka facilities. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional leadership, a strong technical background, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to oversee a remote yet vital operational site.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of daily facility operations, including maintenance, utilities, cleaning, and security.
  • Develop and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Manage third-party contractors and service providers to ensure high standards and on-time delivery.
  • Enforce and monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.
  • Manage facility-related budgets and lead improvement projects.
  • Plan and execute space utilization strategies, office layouts, and relocations.
  • Respond effectively to urgent facility-related issues.
  • Ensure all activities align with internal policies and local regulations.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; oil & gas or industrial sector experience preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills, able to guide teams, solve problems, and drive performance under challenging conditions.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Ability and readiness to work in a remote, high-demand environment.
