Facility Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Facility Manager to take ownership of the operations, maintenance, and strategic development of our Toshka facilities. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional leadership, a strong technical background, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to oversee a remote yet vital operational site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of daily facility operations, including maintenance, utilities, cleaning, and security.
- Develop and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Manage third-party contractors and service providers to ensure high standards and on-time delivery.
- Enforce and monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.
- Manage facility-related budgets and lead improvement projects.
- Plan and execute space utilization strategies, office layouts, and relocations.
- Respond effectively to urgent facility-related issues.
- Ensure all activities align with internal policies and local regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; oil & gas or industrial sector experience preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills, able to guide teams, solve problems, and drive performance under challenging conditions.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Ability and readiness to work in a remote, high-demand environment.
