Hiring: Fixed-Term Talent Acquisition Partner (6-Month Contract)

 

Al Dahra is a prominent leader in the global agribusiness sector, driven by a mission to ensure food security through innovation, scale, and excellence. We are currently seeking a high-caliber Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6 -month fixed-term contract to join our dynamic HR team.

 

In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles and ensuring we continue to attract the diverse, top-tier talent required to fuel our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Source and screen qualified candidates through various channels
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Support employer branding and talent pipeline development
  • Agency Background: Experience working within a recruitment agency is a significant plus.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Proven ability to identify and engage passive high-level leadership and C-suite talent.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms (experience with SuccessFactors is a plus).

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven Expertise: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced corporate or industrial environment.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
