HR Administration & Onboarding

  • Prepare HR administrative documents including employment certificates and employee letters.
  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding checklists and employee documentation.
  • Support ANAPEC procedures for interns and trainees.
  • Maintain updated employee files and HR records.
  • Coordinate pre-employment medical visits with occupational health services.
  • Monitor probation period deadlines and coordinate confirmation or renewal.
  • Prepare contract amendments (avenants) for CDD renewals, role , salary or other changes.
  • Support offboarding administration, including work certificates, final settlement (solde de tout compte), exit documentation and equipment return.

Attendance & HR Systems

  • Support attendance and leave follow-up in line with company procedures.
  • Manage leave requests, balances and validation within ERP systems.
  • Prepare and update attendance records within ERP systems.
  • Maintain HR operational data and support system updates.
  • Prepare HR reporting and dashboards (absenteeism, turnover, headcount, etc.).

Employee Relations & Payroll Support

  • Support disciplinary administration processes and maintain related documentation and records.
  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs and variable elements for employees and workers.
  • Support closure of payroll variable elements on systems (SAP & BEE ONE).
  • Coordinate payroll data preparation with payroll provider and assist payroll reconciliation activities.
  • Support relations with employee representative bodies (délégués du personnel/comité) as applicable.

Training, Insurance & Employee Services

  • Prepare training attendance sheets, evaluations and training documentation.
  • Maintain training files and administrative records.
  • Track mandatory certifications and training renewals (e.g., safety trainings) where applicable.
  • Support medical insurance administration and reimbursement follow-up.
  • Coordinate workplace accident declarations and documentation.
  • Coordinate employee logistics requests and maintain related tracking files.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources 
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR Administration or HR Operations .
  • Familiarity with HR systems and payroll processes is an advantage.
