Job Purpose
The International Execution Officer is responsible for executing day-to-day operations within the hub related to purchase contract to suppliers and sales contracts to customers. It must provide support to the sourcing and sales team to admin tasks related to systems as well as the smooth flow of goods from origin to destination, accurate documentation, and compliance with all internal and external requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Sales admin support: from sales contract to purchase contract creations and execution of both.
- Prepare and verify all necessary documentation for commercial, customs, and transport processes.
- Monitor container clearance, timely removal from ports, and deliveries
- Communicate proactively with customers and vendors regarding order status, delivery updates, and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
- Support process improvement and digitalization initiatives as directed by the Hub Manager.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports on operational performance and KPIs.
- Collaborate with other Execution Officers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred. Advanced degrees or certifications (such as APICS, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma) are considered an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contract execution and international logistics, preferably in the agri-business, food, or industrial sector.
- Proven track record in cross-functional coordination.
- Experience managing logistics service providers, shipping lines, customs brokers, and warehousing operations.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and international trade compliance.
- Proficiency in logistics systems (e.g., SAP, TMS) and process automation tools.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
