Nawah Graduate Program - For Emirati Development
ABOUT NAWAH — نواة
Nawah (نواة) means 'seed' in Arabic — reflecting our belief that great careers, like great harvests, start with the right conditions to grow. Nawah is Al Dahra's structured Emirati talent development program, designed to give UAE nationals a genuine launchpad into private sector careers in agribusiness.
Nawah interns are given real work, real projects, and real mentors from day one. Every intern is registered with NAFIS and the Abu Dhabi Pension Fund, and top performers are considered for full-time roles at the end of the program.
AVAILABLE TRACKS
Nawah is open across four functions. Internship opportunity will be matched based on your education and location. Our four tracks are:

-
- Draft, review and manage commercial agreements supporting Al Dahra's supplier and customer relationships.

-
- Handle B2B and B2C customer interactions, order tracking, and CRM management across commodity distribution channels.
Logistics & Supply Chain (Kezad / Fujairah / Al Ain)
