People Experience Specialist

Al Dahra Agricost is seeking a People Experience Specialist to join out team in Braila, passionate about creating a positive, engaging, and high-performance workplace, to join our Braila team. In this role, you will connect people, culture, and business needs, playing an active part in attracting talent, developing employees, and strengthening engagement across the organization.

What you will do

• Support recruitment & employer branding initiatives, including internships, local community activities, and job fairs
• Coordinate onboarding programs and ensure smooth integration of new hires & internal promotions
• Contribute to learning & development, including training plans and HR policy awareness
• Drive employee engagement & culture initiatives (surveys, action plans, motivation programs)
• Act as Local Internal Communication Champion, ensuring clear and transparent communication
• Prepare reports, track KPIs, and support planning and organization of people-related activities

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in HR
• Strong communication, project planning, and reporting skills
• Proactive, well-organized, and people-oriented mindset
• English language proficiency – mandatory
• Good PC skills; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
• Development of training materials
• Knowledge of HR processes and labor legislation is an advantage
