Reporting & Analytics Specialist

Job Purpose
Reporting & Analytics Specialist will develop, maintain, and deliver procurement performance reports and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and business relevance of procurement data. The role has global coverage and the individual will be in close connection with the Group Head of Procurement, Global Procurement Excellence Manager and Global Category Managers.

 

Accountabilities

  • Create and maintain dashboards for procurement KPIs.
  • Analyse spend, savings, and compliance data.
  • Support category strategies with data insights.
  • Manage data quality within procurement systems.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly procurement reports to local and global Procurement teams.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years in reporting or analytics, preferably in procurement or supply chain.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SAP Ariba reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Distinct communication skills (oral, presentation, reports)
  • Fluent in English
