Job Purpose
Risk, Compliance & Sustainability Specialist will ensure procurement activities comply with Group policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices. Manage risk assessment, supplier due diligence, and audit readiness for procurement processes. Support on the design of process improvement related to Risk, Compliance and Sustainability agenda.

 

Accountabilities

  • Perform compliance checks on sourcing events and contracts.
  • Monitor adherence to delegation of authority and procurement policies.
  • Conduct supplier due diligence, including sanctions and risk assessments.
  • Prepare compliance reports and support internal/external audits.
  • Recommend process improvements to mitigate risk exposure.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 4–6 years in procurement compliance, risk management, or audit functions.
  • Strong understanding of procurement governance and compliance frameworks
  • Distinct communication skills (oral, presentation, reports)
  • Fluent in English
