Senior Analyst FP&A

 Role Summary

We are looking for a strong FP&A professional to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across the legal entity.
This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality monthly MIS, accurate rolling forecasts, and a well-structured annual budget — all backed by a deep understanding of operations and cost-of-production drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance financial models, dashboards, and planning tools to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure data integrity across ERP systems and BI platforms
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on farm profitability
• Lead monthly MIS preparation with clear financial & operational insights
• Own the rolling forecast process aligned with operational and market realities
• Support the annual budgeting cycle (volumes, COP, overheads & revenue assumptions)
• Prepare management presentations and detailed budget packs

Qualifications

✔ 5–10 years of FP&A experience
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, or related field
✔ Strong financial modeling & database skills
✔ Fluent in English
✔ Ability to work independently with a positive, proactive mindset
✔ Multinational experience preferred
✔ CMA / CPA is a plus
