Sourcing Specialist

In Al Dahra, procurement plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s strategic objectives through efficient and responsible sourcing. In line with our corporate strategy and ongoing transformation of the Procurement function, we are establishing a Shared Services Procurement Hub in Belgrade, Serbia, to drive efficiency through centralized execution and stronger sourcing governance.

Purpose

Sourcing Specialists will execute sourcing activities for indirect categories, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement aligned with Group policies and strategies, and supporting Category Managers in delivering sourcing events and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Execute RFQs, RFPs, and auctions via SAP Ariba.
• Evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate terms, and recommend awards.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and delegation of authority.
• Maintain accurate sourcing documentation.
• Support onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring required compliance checks are completed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• CIPS certification is considered an advantage
• Relevant experience in procurement or sourcing roles
• Solid understanding of procurement processes and sourcing practices
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience with MRO or spare parts is considered an advantage
• Previous experience in a shared services environment is a plus
• Proficiency in English
